Localization Team Leader

The team leader is the person who conducts a project and monitor its smooth running, Assuring the quality of test and lead a team of testers for the duration of the project which is under his/her supervision.

He/She guarantees the quality of services of his team on his project. He/She is also in charge of mentoring new employees.

Responsibilities

• Update test plans;
• Help create checklists when needed;
• Control and supervise the tests;
• Assign tasks and supervise a team of testers;
• Conduct daily team meetings / weekly for the assigned project;
• Validate testers bug reports and manage internal database;
• Check if the major bugs found on a new build were present on the previous;
• Validate the daily reports of the testers;
• Communicate regularly with the project managers any problem of resources: motivation, absences, delays, needs ...;
• Communicate test results to the project managers and the client, in case of replacement;
• Maintain and compliance processes and implementation procedures and finalization of the project.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in the game industry;
• Bilingual, French and English, both oral and written;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Motivator, good communicator and professional attitude;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• Have a sense of leadership.
