Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a mailroom environment performing duties such as receiving, processing, sorting, distributing incoming/ outgoing classified/ unclassified mail, courier packages and obtaining signature for hand delivered mail;
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience entering and extracting data from a mail tracking system such as Remedy, Pitney Bowes Ascent & Arrival, FedEx Tracking, Canada Post or any other similar program;
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience providing client services;
  • Must have a valid Secret clearance;
  • Must have a valid Driver Licence and proof to support the validity from Ministry of Transportation.
