Maintenance Worker

We are looking to fill a Maintenance Worker position. We mainly service Mont-Tremblant and its surroundings but we reach as far as Laval.

This job is at the entry level, no education or experience required. We are looking for a team player who must be punctual, astute, precise, detailed, available and discrete.

The job also requires that the candidate is physically capable to work standing for long periods of time.

This job is ideal for people that wish to supplement their income as it is part-time, on call, with around 20 hours / week work to start. Salary is 11,25$ / hour with a performance increase revision after 3 months. Salary bracket for this position is between minimum wage and 15$ / hour.

This is the first position we fill in a company that is owned by professionals that have a very concrete vision and ambitions for this company. We prefer a candidate that demonstrates leadership and entrepreneurial skills. A full-time and supervision positions will open in a near future.

Since we privilege promoting from within, the supervisory level position will be offered to existing employees if they possess the required skills. The candidate that will fill this add will have a stride ahead on other applicants for future supervisor position openings.
