Marketing and Event Coordinator

Do you have what it takes to coordinate THE CONCERT EVENTS of the year? Are you looking for an opportunity to travel across Canada? Does Rock & Roll stream through your blood? 

Our client, a boutique brewery making top-quality beer, is looking to hire a FULL TIME Marketing and Event Coordinator to help market and manage a string of over 20 launch parties across Quebec and Ontario, and several more in Western Canada! Each of these events will be held in small to medium sized concert venues and our client already has incredible rock bands and MCs on contract! They are looking for the perfect balance of skill and personality to compliment their small but growing team based in Montreal!

You must demonstrate the ability to effectively source, interview, hire and manage a service team for each event. You must have a proven capacity to coordinate production teams, MCs, DJs, service teams and bands involved in each concert. While most of the events for 2017/18 will be held in Montreal and Ottawa/Gatineau, there may be single events in other major Canadian cities. You must be available to travel within Canada when necessary. A passion for classic, head-banging rock music and a taste for quality beer will both be considered assets! Experience with concert production or event planning will greatly help your chances of landing this amazing opportunity!
