Position Summary:

• Ensuring the safety of our customers and their property
• Taking charge of various alarm signals; burglary, fire, panic, medical alarms, etc.
• Communicating with emergency services to transmit requests for assistance
• Respond to customer calls.

• Be available for evening and nighttime hours and weekends.
• Be available during the two weeks of training.

Salary :

• Evening rate: $ 0.35 more per hour
• Nightly rate: $ 0.50 more per hourInformation about working hours:
• 7-7: The person works 7 consecutive days and 7 days off (70h / week)
• 4-3: The person works 4 days a week and 3 days off (8.5h / day) (34h / week)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position or other position related to customer service
• Bilingual (English and French), essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Stress management
• Client oriented
• Good judgment, capacity to take initiative and make decisions
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Positive and energetic
