MS Dynamics CRM Specialist

Reporting to the IT Director, the CRM System Specialist is responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of the CRM application while maintaining the integrity of the CRM system, needs of the users, and supporting the organizational / divisional strategic / operating plans. The CRM System Specialist should have a strong understanding of business process management and technical experience with Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be required to:

• Provide support for enterprise use of MS Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, SSRS and related applications
• Identify MS Dynamics CRM Best Practices
• Performs Systems and Database Analysis
• System Upgrades, Maintenance and Tuning
• Configuration and Customization
• Investigate available independent software vendor solutions
• Provide strategic input on the direction of application use
• Provide technical direction of the CRM system including keeping current on software roadmap/direction, new releases, new patch/fixes, and more
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase productivity, improve efficiencies, leverage automation, etc.
• Provide support and direction to the internal and external technical teams with various CRM related projects.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education, with a 3-5 years' experience at least in CRM environment
• Understanding and working experience with a Microsoft domain environments, specifically Active Directory.
• Technical experience with Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM
• MS SQL, C#, .NET programming an asset.
• Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills – patience, ability to listen, and to adapt to different personalities.
• Excellent in both written and verbal communications, bilingualism is an asset.
