Description

  • Identify, measure and report performance indicators on project portfolios.
  • Establishing budgets and updating budgetary trends accurately by working closely with project managers and the head DI.
  • Track and report updates of each project.
  • Perform a detailed progress report on the group's activities.
  • Set up multi-locational meetings.
  • Manage the communication for projects conducted by the DI on the Baie d'Urfé site (periodic meeting with all stakeholders).
  • Monitor the time spent on projects for each department and provide training to newcomers.
  • Propose improvements to the project management processes, tools, and reports to increase the effectiveness of the group.
  • Strengthen project methodology of the DI team in accordance with the practices and M&TO rules.
  • Primary link between the US subsidiary and the M & TO Corporate (Lausanne) for project methodology, progress reports and budget / fiscal trends.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science.
  • 8-10 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in monitoring and keeping a budget.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing performance indicators in project mode.
  • Experience in the development or implementation of a project-based structure.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic (asset).
  • Strong ability and organizational sense.
  • PMP certification.
  • Bilingualism in spoken and written.
