You will need to use your competencies that you acquired in your last experiences to integrate new ways of work and always improve the productivity. You will work side by side with the Quality assurance manager to be sure that all your operation are always in order.

Your food experience will be a big asset to manage the 120 employees in the production department with the 8 supervisors that will answer directly to you. Your managing capacities will be put to use to improve all the production lines and production teams. You will also be in charge of the sanitation team.
