Our team is composed of multi-talented individuals. We are currently hiring for the following position.

Main functions:

  • Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure the execution of the customer contract
  • Obtain approval of deliverables from the customer
  • Ensure close monitoring of costs, logistics and project content
  • Develop and monitor daily production schedules, and coordinate the production team’s travel and work schedule
  • Identify problems and solutions, taking into account technical and commercial factors as well as client constraints
  • Report on project progress in regards to the original plan and delivery requirements
  • Maintain excellent communication and a healthy climate in the project team
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the Director of Productions

The candidate will work under the direction of the Director of Productions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar position
  • Mastery of office software Office Suite (MS Project a plus)
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of multimedia techniques
  • Flexibility and adaptive capacity (business growth)

Terms:

  • 40 hours per week
