Project Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6h30am to 5pm

Overtime may be required during busy work periods and during you scheduled on call rotation.

Work Description:

• Ensure all paperwork has been completed relating to job such (Moisture mapping, atmospheric sheets, time sheets, work orders, ER Sheets, Equipment release / pick-up forms
• Ensure photos are taken each day and delivered to the client
• Ensure 2 sets of flooring samples (for damaged removed flooring) are provided for each job.1 left on site, 1 brought to our shop.Delivered to the client
• Complete vehicle inspections daily and record all findings on the vehicle inspection sheets provided
• Ensure your vehicle is stocked with all necessary equipment and material to complete necessary work assigned to you
• Ensure all permits for safe work are used on jobsites as required (Ie: Hot work permit, confined space permit)
• Identify hazards in your work areas and communicate any identified hazards to management
• Obtain PO numbers to purchase items for jobs, that you will be required to obtain
• Assist management with items that may be required or asked of you
• Inspect jobsites regularly to ensure QA and health and safety requirements are met
• Upholding safety rules and procedures and supporting enforcement, including disciplinary action.
• Performing observations of employee safe work practices during quarterly workplace inspections.
• Participate in company events for PR purposes (May involve after hours)
• Maintain constant contact with contractors and provide updates as required
• Complete work orders and assign to crews as required
• Schedule crews as required for work
• Any other task that may be required by management
