The Role

The Project Manager will work closely with our Technology team, as well as other team members, to help define strategic project plans, budgets and a detailed scope of work. She/He will also work in close collaboration with the executive team to provide overall team guidance and support, acting as a champion for innovative, high quality work.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle, keeping in mind business goals, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources (which may or may not include outsourcing).
• Track and successfully manage the health of all projects.
• Report project statuses to executive management on a weekly basis.
• Generate and manage project plans, estimates and schedules.
• Manage other areas of company business development and partnership progress.
• Assist in management of external relationships such as agencies and subcontractors.
• Recommend project methodology and scope effort to fit within budget and schedule.
• Have ownership in the quality of the final product and that deliverables meet our high quality standards.
• Participate in the success of project meetings by clarifying goals and managing achievements of those goals in collaboration with the creative and development teams.
• Identify resource needs on each project.

About You

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and an acute attention to detail.
• Solid working knowledge of mobile technologies and trends.
• Enthusiasm to work with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project planning tools.
• Ability to be communicative, flexible and precise under tight deadlines.
