PSA Implementation consultant (Telecommuting)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic PSA Implementation consultant with strong computer and project management skills. This individual will be assisting in the implementation and training of the FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA) applications in customer environments. Occasional travel within North America should be expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with customers
• Work directly with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze and streamline business processes
• Recommend the appropriate system architecture in line with the best technical and professional services practices
• Design solutions to customize and enhance our FinancialForce PSA solutions for our clients
• Understand and implement complementary 3rd party applications as part of overall FinancialForce implementation project
• Work closely with developers to clearly communicate specifications and ensure projects are completed on budget and within baselined schedule
• Prepare and deliver customer trainings
• Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and propose solutions tailored to their business needs, to make their goals a reality

​Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in enterprise system implementations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Ability to work in fast changing, team environment
• Strong computer skills ideally including Salesforce.com, MS Office and web presentation tools
• Project Management in Professional Services experience
• University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Commerce
• PMP certification is an asset
• Salesforce.com Certification is an asset
• ​PSA implementation is an asset
