Role summary:

Our Quality Control Department is responsible for implementing and coordinating the certification that is applicable to the processes and products of MEGA - Mattel. The role of Quality Agent reports directly to the Quality Control Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Audit the conformity of components and finished products and provides quality support to the operations departments (receiving, molding, bagging and assembly);
• Perform inspections and audits of components and / or finished product according to the procedures, criteria and inspection plan implemented in the operations departments (receiving, molding, bagging and assembly);
• Provide support to the operations group related to the quality aspects of the components and finished products;
• Identify quality problems and document them via our quality systems, using the various quality tools available (NCR , Deviations , JDE , etc. );
• Ensure product compliance and proper allocation status for compliant products (release) and non-compliant (quarantine);
• Diffuse the information related to quality issues to the departments potentially affected by these problems (Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, etc.);
• Investigate quality issues and propose corrective actions;
• Validate the efficacy of the implemented corrective actions;
• Other related tasks, as required by the Coordinator Quality Control;
• Achieve corporate, departmental and individual objectives;
• Comply with corporate policies.

Requirements:

• Punctual and available to work flexible hours;
• Motivated, hardworking and an attention to detail quality;
• Respectful and able to evolve in a changing and multicultural environment;
• Responsible and independent;
• Basic knowledge of MS Office;
• Good understanding of mathematics;
• Functional knowledge of French or English.
