Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in the manufacture of moulded parts. They are currently looking for a quality technician for their state-of-the-art facilities.

Nature of position

Under the supervision of the quality manager, your job will be to make sure the quality management system is working well and to maintain the program that is in place. In addition, you will be called on to improve overall productivity by providing efficient support to the resources along the production value chain.

  • Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing operations;
  • Perform the duties of the quality control inspector;
  • Keep quality system files up to date;
  • Analyze and write up quality reports based on client requirements;
  • Analyze and manage instances of non-compliance in production;
  • Perform internal audits and external audits for clients and with suppliers;
  • Carry out any other task related to your duties.

Required qualification

  • College studies in a relevant field;
  • Fluent in spoken and written French and English;
  • Knowledgeable of ISO standards;
  • Certification related to running continual improvement projects (six sigma, Lean) is an asset;
  • Knowledgeable of the manufacturing sector.
