Representative of customer service - Laval
Your responsibilities as a representative of customer service are to establish a trusting relationship with the clients and increase their level of satisfaction.
As a customer service agent your task will be :
- Process orders
- Listen to customer
- Manage priorities based on customer needs
- Process data input and respect established cut off time for order entry
- Produce reports as per established schedule
- Answer client calls 80% of time in English
- Use Outlook

Qualifications :
- SAP knowledge is a huge advantage
- Flexibility required for working shift ( day, evening, night shift)
