With over 45 years of experience and a leader in the telecommunications industry, we are seeking a Resources planner in Langley, BC.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the Resource planner is to prepare the work schedule (short and long term) for the technician for multiple geographical locations taking in consideration the vacation, the work load and variation, ensure the liaison with Supervisors and Directors to organise the training of field staff, developed and maintained relationships with external clients, vendors and service providers, coordinate all the on boarding process with our client and other related task.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of related experience
- Experience in telecommunication and resource planning a definite asset
- College Diploma in administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite software (Word, Excel (must be advanced level), PowerPoint)
- Dependable and able to think independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Great organizational skills
- Strategic thinking
- Good with numbers and attentive to detail

This position is based out of our Langley office.
