Sales Representative

The sales representative will be responsible to increase the revenues generated by residential sales.

Here is a preview of the main task:

  • Manage and maintain the showroom;
  • Welcome potential customers in the showroom and provide explanations about our products and services;
  • Identify customer needs and offer them the products according to their needs;
  • To be update on the products, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through reading relevant literature and consultation with marketing and areas of technical services;
  • Provide management with written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential for new products and services;
  • Establish good communicating  between client by developing a networking structure;
  • Collaborate with sales with the marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical services groups;
  • Create, maintain and manage  a relationship to build respect and loyalty with the clients;
  • Analyze the potential territory and the market;
  • Capable to prospect residential customers (minimum);
  • Conduct potential sales calls and initiate customer contacts (minimal);
  • Actively participate in weekly sales meeting.
