Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer customer emails, live chats, inquiries and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in managing their online accounts.
  • Be an expert on our product, mid to high end branded clothing for men, women and kids
  • Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise.
  • Occasionally follow up with delivery service providers
  • Handle RMA requests from A to Z, trouble shoot and act as a right hand for road reps and division heads

Requirements

  • Must have experience in customer service with ECommerce
  • Strong sense of initiative, analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Perfect communication skills in English, written and spoken;
  • Excellent memory, organizational and time management skills;
  • Critical ability to adapt to a very highly dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Reliability
  • Resourceful
  • 5 years experience in a customer support related position for a fashion importer, wholesaler or distributor
  • Upsell experience
  • Basic computer skills; word, excel, EDI
