Senior Customer Service – Mass Market

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in managing their accounts.
- Be an expert on our product, mid to high end branded clothing for men, women and kids
- Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise.
- Occasionally follow up with delivery service providers
- Handle RMA requests from A to Z, trouble shoot and act as a right hand for road reps and division heads
Requirements:
- Must have experience in customer service with mass market retail chains such as Walmart, Target, Sears, The Bay;
- Strong sense of initiative, analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Perfect communication skills in English, written and spoken;
- Excellent memory, organizational and time management skills;
- Critical ability to adapt to a very highly dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Reliability
- Resourceful
- 5 years experience in a customer support related position for a fashion importer, wholesaler or distributor
- Upsell experience
- Basic computer skills; word, excel, EDI
