Senior Salesforce Software Developer (Telecommuting)

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce and FinancialForce Software Developer based in Montreal to develop and implement software solutions to improve and automate the business processes of its customers. 
Salesforce expertise is a prerequisite, but we also value team players, who are resourceful and can think outside of the box. At Nubik, we invest in the training and development of our employees. We provide comprehensive training of Force.com Platform, Salesforce 1, Salesforce Lightning throughout the first 3 months to make sure our people have the right capabilities and skills to reach their full potential and get cloud-certified.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the project manager to gather requirements, analyze and streamline business processes
• Design solutions to customize and enhance Salesforce and FinancialForce
• Work closely with other developers to communicate specifications and ensure projects are completed on budget and within deadline
• Coding of great software solution

Qualifications 

• University degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Salesforce.com Certification is mandatory (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Platform I)
• At least one (1) year of experience with FinancialForce FM (Financial Management) and PSA (Professional Services Automation) modules
• Responsible, autonomous, organized, meticulous, quick and efficient.
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
