Administrative Assistant - Technical and Sales Support
Our Client, a leader in packaging machines manufacturing, is looking to hire a Service Coordinator - Sales Support to join his Team of professionals in his plant located in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking with and sending service quotations to customers;
- Scheduling service technicians, booking all the travel arrangements for them;
- Keeping all the outstanding service items organized for the Service manager;
- This position can evolve to help with setting things up for customers visits or can become technical and help to sell parts to the customer.
Requirements:
- The ideal Candidate needs to be very organized, proactive and energetic;
- 2-3 years of related experience;
- Computer knowledge, (MS Office, Internet) and certain knowledge of an ERP system is a desirable asset;
- Being familiar with manufacturing environments is a desirable asset;
- Bilingual, able to speak and write in French and English.
Permanent position of 40 hours/week
Working shift: Day shift - 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Working location: Montreal region
Salary: $35K / year
Benefits: Collective insurance in 3 months AND Pension plan in 6 months
