Shipping Coordinator (Customer Representative)

This job is full time, Monday to Friday.
This Job involves, but is not limited to:
- Filling dockets in order to prepare them for shipping
- Prints Shipping lables
- Prepares invoices
- Track and trace orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provides tracking numbers to customer by email
- First point of client contact for general inquiries like company information, pricing and products.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders.
- Keep client informed of any issues that may impact order completion.
- Perform basic office functions such as filing, copying, printing, faxing, managing stationary and supplies
Requirements:
- Must be fully bilingual
- Knowledge of Purolator System a plus
- Excellent Customer Service skills, friendly, courteous, polite and a positive attitude.
- Excellent people skills and ability to provide instruction/training.
- Ability to work well and stay calm under stressful conditions.
- Excellent verbal and good written communication skills.
- Good computer skills, , aptitude for technical concepts and jargon.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Good analysis and problem solving ability
- Punctual with a sense of responsibility
