What you will be doing: As the social media specialist, it's your ultimate shot at creating a strong social media platform to elevate the brand and create effective visibility for 3 distinct programs. You will need to find and develop relationships with influential bloggers or magazine editors in order to give exposure to key products. You will need to create a strong community around the company and promote their engagement. But mostly, you will be their assigned story teller generating thoughtful content to create stronger and more dynamic social media marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube and Houzz.

What you need: A post-secondary degree in Marketing, communications, social media or any affiliated field. You need to be passionate about everything pertaining to digital marketing and the power of social media. You need to understand and use effectively all social media channels. It's essential to have a writer's mind-set, be creative and know how to tell a story. Finally you need to be proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite and more specifically Excel.
