Social Media Marketing Specialist

Salary: $55,000

Our customer has opened a position for a Social Media content specialist and will hold you accountable for the entire strategy and execution of their plan.  You will learn to work with some of the most influential retailers in North America including Amazon and WalMart. Your focus will be on community management, engagement and connecting with industry influencers, while maintaining blogs, creating editorial content and hosting contests and promotions.   You will work closely with Customer service to ensure complaints are communicated and resolved, while monitoring social growth, engagement and performance of all social media channels.  You will report to Executives the digital campaign effectiveness as well as keeping an eye on competitors and their strategies to always keep innovating and improving processes.
