Our client is a multiplatform social games developer, the 'top 3' grossing Facebook developer and the top-10 grossing developer on iOS & Android. It has grown from about 15 employees to over 1400 employees.

Live Content Specialist

In this role, you will be working with the various teams to ensure a punctual deployment of the product’s Live Content catalog. Other tasks involve working with the Production and QA teams to ensure the proper deployment validation and associated monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the various teams to ensure that the specifications are clear and delivered on time
  • Manage Content deployment calendar in accordance with the designed schedule
  • Use tools and scripts to create and integrate Content defined by the provided specifications, parameters and assets
  • Ensure the quality and uniformity of the Content being deployed
  • Monitoring of the Content deployment
  • Identify tools and processes to ease and lower risks associated with Content deployment
  • Report status of the Live Content

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience with Mobile and/or social platforms (iOS, Android, Kindle Fire, Facebook)
  • Experience and understanding of Continuous Integration principles
  • Experience using tools, interfaces and services such as Teamcity, SourceTree, Build Studio, CRM Tools, Excel, etc.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS, an asset
  • Strong English and French written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and pro-active by nature
  • Self-motivated learner and creative thinker
  • Dynamic, autonomous and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills

Desirable experience:

  • Experience with Bugs repository tools (JIRA)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of the Agile development methodology and associated tools (JIRA Agile, Hansoft)
  • Passionate about videogames (mobile and social gaming)
  • Experience in Poker, casino or casual games development is an asset
