STAGE AND SHOP TECHNICIAN

Our team is composed of multi-talented individuals. We are currently hiring for the following position.

Main functions:

• Receive, analyze and manage event-related technical specifications
• Test audiovisual, electronic and scenic equipment in preparation for events
• Set up, tear down and sometimes operate technical installations
• Install the necessary equipment on site
• Represent PixMob before clients
• Assemble electronic parts and program microelectronics equipment under clear guidelines
• Coordinate the work area (inventory, storage, cleanliness)
• Prepare and condition customer orders from inventory
• Perform tests of parts and equipment
• Move merchandise in the warehouse
• Purchase parts and equipment as required

The candidate will work under the direction of the Director of Productions

Ideal candidate:

• DEP / DEC in stage work, electronic assembly or other relevant field
• Strong manual skills
• 2 years experience in a field relevant to the function
• Knowledge of technical operations (lighting, scenic installation) in event production
• Working knowledge of multimedia techniques;
• Ability to travel frequently abroad (a valid passport)
• Good stress management
• Professional attitude, punctuality, good organizational skills, communication and teamwork;
• Bilingualism an important asset

Terms:

• 40 hours per week
• Permanent position after probation
• Salary depending on experience
