Supervisor - Commercial Cleaning Greenwood Nova Scotia

We are looking for a Supervisor of Operations. Main responsibilities

• You will organize, lead coordinate, and evaluate all activities related to the cleaning and operations in your area to ensure that our customers receives the services meeting our company standards; 
• You will perform cleaning tasks (scrub, polish, strip and wax floors) according to the scope of works; 
• You will participate in the recruitment, management, development and training of cleaning technician that will be reporting to you; 
• You will coordinate quality inspections of the work performed by the cleaning technician and will ensure compliance with regulations on health and safety, and company policies; 
• You will be responsible for the budget management in your area by getting involved in the action resulting plans to maintain and even improve the performance of your area; 
• You have to make frequent trips between clients; 
• Other related tasks. 

Requirements:

• Must have experience in employees’ supervision; 
• Experience in the cleaning industry (an asset); 
• Ability to multitask and to set priorities; 
• Have a deep commitment to the team; 
• Have an excellent sense of organization; 
• Demonstrate facility to establish good interpersonal relations; 
• Have communication skills and leadership; 
• Be physically fit; 
• Available to work flexible schedules; day, evening, night and weekend; 
• Must have a valid driver’s abstract.
