Responsabilities :
- Verify schedules sent by Supervisors and integrate maintenance to schedules;
- Review documentation sent by Supervisor for projects or maintenance to accomplish;
- Confirm the day before maintenance, the contact person in store;
- Be sure to have every tools, equipment and document required for work in store;
- Participate in the evaluation of work to execute with Merchandiser;
- Share tasks between Representative and Merchandiser according to work, projects or maintenance;
- Communicate and inform contact person in store of tasks to execute;
- Communicate daily with Supervisor to follow up on the accomplish work;
- Verify the inventories, shipping received and coordinate the routing of pallets in store;
- Merchandise products according to planograms in collaboration with Merchandisers;
- Evaluate possibility to create additional spaces for products, inform contact person and manager;
- Make reset of sections in stores;
- Maintain work area clean during realization of projects;
- Make the final inspection of projects or maintenances with contact person in store;
- Execute product knowledge and trainings in store;
- Be sure contact person filled the reset Form;
- Complete online surveys;
- Send Reset report to Human Ressources Assistant and Supervisor;
- Apply health and security rules in store;
- Apply customer service modalities established by RDTS;
- Communicate with Supervisor for any major problem;
- Be sure to have every tools, equipment and document required for work in store;
- Resolve problems efficiently;
- Participate in meetings and trainings organized by supervisor;
- Accomplish any other complementary tasks.
