Description of qualifications:

  • Completion of a college diploma (DEC) in architecture technology or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in the construction industry
  • Bilingualism 5/5 essential
  • Very good knowledge of Autocad, Word and Excel software
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good sense of organization

Description of tasks :

  • Receiving and processing customer calls (architects-contractors-installers-homeowners)
  • Maintain a detailed record of client file information
  • Answer questions and advise clients on the technical and architectural elements of the products
  • Participate in the preparation of budget prices and bids
  • Take charge of the coordination of client files with the internal team
  • Participate in the development of product fact sheets and technical documents
