Trademark Licensed Apparel Graphics Specialist

Our client, located in VSL, is looking for a graphic designer with experience in licensed apparel and ecommerce.

Our client is looking for a graphic artist with experience in licensed apparel (men/women/kids...think Superman, Spiderman, Coca Cola, etc).

You must have the ability to create, from inception to completion, unique designs and develop artwork in collaboration with their licensing partners that meet and reflect their licensors image and maintain their quality standards.

Salary: $50000

• Create licensed screen prints, follow up until approvals
• Sketch bodies in coordination with requests from sales team
• Update and maintain information on website

Responsibilities and main tasks

• Creation of License Screen Prints and Generic Screen Prints
• Creation of All over Prints (AOP)
• Creation of generic and licensed graphics for collections
• Sketching bodies
• Other responsibilities/tasks assigned by manager
• Execute all responsibilities in timely manner
• Maintain and update photos and product information on website

Education and Experience

Required:

• College Degree in fashion or graphic design
• 5-7 years of experience in similar position in the fashion industry

An asset:

• Licensing experience
• Apparel experience

Knowledge

• Excellent Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop CS5
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Language

• Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
• Good level of French (written and spoken)

Qualifications

College Degree in fashion or graphic design

5-7 years of experience in similar position in the fashion industry
