Web Content Analyst - Vending and Water Filtration Products
The Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of the technical contents of the web pages of two of our product segments.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with product managers on the positioning of our product lines, the type of information to publish and the sources of information (most of the technical information will be available from the manufacturer’s web sites and spec. sheets).
- Browse through the sources of information to find the required information
- Extract the information and summarize it in the required format
- Provide advice to the team on the presentation of the material and the structure of the vending and water filtration sections (the design of the web site will be done by a communication firm)
Required Skills and Experience :
- Research skills
- Ability to manage his or her time with autonomy
- Excellent team work and understanding of political factors at play in a business
- Ability to write short and simple technical briefs in a professional style in English
- Attention to details
- Any technical training or experience which would allow a faster learning curve would be an asset
- Experience with the development of a web site would also be an asset
- Motivation to make a difference in the development of our new communication tool
Number of Hours Required and Timeline:
- We have estimated that 40 to 60 hours will be required to complete the project
- The project can be completed on a full or part-time basis, but a minimum of 20 hours will be required to work efficiently within the team.
- Beginning : As soon as we have found the right candidate
- End: end of January
