JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Providing pre and post sales technical support to SERVO-ROBOT's customers in the USA;
  • Programming, installation and maintenance of SERVO-ROBOT's systems at customer's site;
  • Analyzing customers' applications and projects using knowledge of robotics, engineering and programming;
  • Creating and keeping up-to-date user's manuals and other technical documentation;
  • Giving demonstrations and training courses to customers.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of robotics, programming and computer vision;
  • Knowledge of robot languages (Fanuc Karel, ABB Rapid, etc.)
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and robotic programming;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English (Spanish an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to travel to customers' sites in the USA and abroad for training;
  • Result and customer-oriented, autonomous, persistent, eager to learn.
